Independent artists of all disciplines are invited to market their work, websites, blogs, current projects, gigs, and events in the Independent Artists section (left side bar) on CricketToes.com at special rates--just $5 per week!
You can have your ad up for one week, two weeks, or however long you like. Opt to run your ad for longer than four weeks and the weekly rate goes down. You can even change an existing ad with a new ad at no additional cost.
Individuals, groups, collaborations and collectives are all welcome!

INDEPENDENT ARTISTS ADVERTISING TERMS & CONDITIONS
CricketToes.com will present only five (5) ads in the Independent Artists section on the left side bar at any given time. Ads are placed in the order they are submitted and paid for.
Advertising in the Independent Artists section on CricketToes.com is open to:
• Independent Visual, Audio, Film/Video, New Media, Dance, Performance and Theatrical Artists who are:
1. Not under perpetual/exclusive contract with an art dealer and/or gallery AND
2. Not under contract with an agent and/or manager AND
3. Do Not own their own gallery
• Independent Musicians and Bands who are:
1. Unsigned OR
2. Signed on very small, independent labels OR
3. Have started their own very small, independent labels AND
4. Not under contract with an agent and/or manager
• Independent Writers and Poets who:
1. Publish their own work online and/or in print AND/OR
2. Publish through very small, independent print houses and/or websites AND
3. Not under contract with an agent and/or manager
Independent Artists Ad Rates
1 Week / 7 Days = $5
2 Weeks / 14 Days = $10
3 Weeks / 21 Days = $15
4 Weeks / 28 Days = $20
Special Discount Long-Term Ad Rates
5 Weeks / 35 Days through 11 Weeks / 77 days = $3 per week
12 Weeks / 84 Days = $30 ($2.50 per week)
24 Weeks / 168 Days = $50 ($2.08 per week)
48 Weeks / 336 Days = $80 ($1.66 per week)
52 Weeks / 364 Days / 1 Year = $85 ($1.63 per week)
All ad rates are in U.S. dollars.
Ad rates are based on the maximum preferred ad size of 150 x 150 pixels, prearrangement and prepayment of advertising periods, which run weekly from 9:00AM U.S. Central Time (USCT) Tuesday to 9:00AM USCT the following Tuesday.
Wide Skyscraper 160 x 600 pixels ad space is available at additional cost. Please send an email to advertising at crickettoes dot com for more information.
Advertisers qualify for the Special Discount Long-Term Ad Rates only if they prearrange and prepay for runs of five (5) weeks or more.
Extensions are granted only if space is available for the period requested. Any extensions that are arranged for less than five (5) weeks are charged at the regular rate of $5 per week.
Minimum Advertising Period
One (1) Week / 7 Days (from 9:00AM U.S. Central Time (USCT) Tuesday to 9:00AM USCT the following Tuesday)
Maximum Advertising Period
Unlimited
Ad Submission Deadline
The Thursday prior to the start of the requested advertising period (Tuesday) no later than 7PM USCT.
Minimum Notification Time of Requested Ad Extension
The Thursday prior to the advertising expiration date (Tuesday) no later than 7PM USCT.
Note: Extensions are granted only if space is available for the period requested.
Ad Changes and Submission Deadline
An existing ad may be changed to a new ad during a prearranged and prepaid period, but we must receive the new ad no later than 7PM USCT on the Thursday prior to the next advertising cycle (Tuesday).
Ad Payment Deadline (Initial and Extended)
The Friday prior to the start of the requested advertising period (Tuesday) no later than 7PM USCT.

Ad Specs--What we need from you!
Maximum Preferred Size: 150 x 150 pixels (No pop-up, hover or page corner peel away ads.)
File Types: .JPG, .GIF, JavaScript or Flash (.swf)

Note: If you don't have a sever to upload your image to, just send us the image and we'll host it for you at no charge, 'kay?
2. Click through link code (i.e. the URL where you want people to go to get more info--no porn!)
Note: If you don't have a website and/or blog to click through to, you may either 1) skip this step, or 2) create a large-sized (430 x 570 pixels) .JPG or .GIF image with the information and we'll host it for you on our server for a small fee.

CricketToes reserves the right to review, accept or reject any advertisement at any time and by our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to change and/or update these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason.
